On Fridays: Ashtanga Yoga and
On Saturdays: Vinyasa flow
Abe actually is the Manager/Owner of North Zen Hotel. Practicing Yoga basically is her passion because it helps her in many ways and she just wanted to share it to others.
She is married to Business man, Mr. Cliff Yu and they have 3 adorable Kids: Shaun 9yrs old, Paige 7yrs old and Anya 6yrs old.

And the details are also well thought of..
